Wow, thank you SO much! I was taught Swami Maitreyananda's Moon Salutation and though I loved it, I noticed all these other versions existed but looking over the internet was pretty overwhelming. I really love this and I'm going to print it. Is a lot of work so thanks so much for sharing!
